- Stevia (6 planten uit ong. 20 zaadjes)
Al deze plantjes uit het verwarmde minikasje (propagator) op de logeerkamer naar de woonkamer gehaald.

Korenmolen “Windotter”

Dit is de molen waar ik mijn meel en gist koop en allerlei andere ingrediënten.
De molen is gebouwd in 1732 op de fundering van een houten windmolen. In 1917 werd de molen verlaten en raakte hij in verval. In 1987 was de restauratie compleet en sindsdien is de molen volop in bedrijf.

This is where I buy my flour, yeast and many other ingredients.
This mill was built in 1732 on the foundations of a wooden windmill. In 1917 the mill was abandoned and became derelict. In 1987 restauration was complete and since then it has been operating, increasingly selling to private persons in stead of companies.
At first the ’shop’ was located on the ground floor of the windmill, but over a year ago a small annex was built in which the shop is now located. From a customers point of view much more convenient, but personally I miss hearing the unique sounds of the windmill that you could not avoid when you were inside the building.
